It's been a while since my bodies readiness has been of an acceptable level. And I have been trying to increase it, but I've been dealing with this problem for a couple years now. So can you tell me, how do I make my body ready again?

One can only be ready, when they're ready.
So I recomend the following:
1. Watch a horrible but awesome movie, like ''The Room''
2. After watching that movie, watch the best movie in the universe
3. If number one and two aren't helping yet, eat something that will make you puke, and then eat ice-cream.

After all that, I believe your body will be ready.
If it is not, then you can speak to my secretary; she's an expert on the matter.

Well, Ive been dealing with alot of stress lately. I always get low scores, Im late passing my projects on time, and my grades are low.

Hmm...
Well.
First of all, do something you like.
Eat some ice-cream, walk in the park; whatever you want!
That should reduce your stress.
To pass your projects on time:
When they give you the project, do it immediatly ( if you can ).
TESTS:
STUDY. STUDY. STUDY.
Study as much as you can.
To remember difficult things, you can make a song out of them.
That should also help you with your scores. (=^-ω-^=)
